Sophie Harrison

Sophie Harrison has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sophie started their career as a Head Office Coordinator at Marsh and Parsons in 2011 and worked there until 2012. Sophie then moved on to work as a Lettings Advisor at Cubitt & West from 2012 to 2013. Sophie then joined Barrington James as a Recruiter and worked there for three years from 2013 to 2016. Sophie then transitioned into a role as a Sales Trainer at Frank Recruitment Group from 2016 to 2017, where they delivered training programs to new recruits and developed content for the recruitment market. In 2017, Sophie became a Global Head of Learning and Development at Hamlyn Williams, where they oversaw global learning and development initiatives until 2018. Currently, Sophie is the Global Head of Learning and Development at LHi Group Ltd., where they support and enables the international growth of four non-competing specialist brands.

Sophie Harrison attended Ardingly College from 1999 to 2007, where they completed the International Baccalaureate program. Following that, they enrolled at the University of Reading and pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law, which they completed from 2007 to 2011.
