Alan Ferguson

Alan Ferguson is an experienced executive specializing in business development and commercial strategy within the technology and electronics sectors. Currently, Alan serves as the Commercial VP for Battery Supply at Li-Cycle Corp., where responsibilities include leading commercial initiatives across North America. Prior to this role, Alan was the Principal at AFBD Consulting Inc., and Vice President of Business Development at eCycle Solutions, significantly enhancing the company's position in the electronics resource recovery market in Canada. Alan's extensive career spans various leadership roles at companies such as Fresco Microchip, Gennum Corporation, and Adcom Electronics, where responsibilities included sales, marketing, product development, and strategic planning. Alan holds degrees in Economics and Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo, along with an Executive Marketing certification from Ivey Business School and completion of the Canadian Securities Course.
