Sarah Stern

Sarah Stern is a highly experienced finance professional with a diverse work history spanning over 20 years. Sarah currently holds the position of Head of Commercial Finance at x+why, a role they have held since January 2020. Prior to this, Sarah served as the Finance Director at Inzpire Ltd for six years, from December 2013 to September 2019. Sarah also has a background in entrepreneurship, having been self-employed from December 2012 to November 2013. Sarah has held senior leadership positions at Mazuma North London & Mazuma Lincoln, where they were the Managing Director from August 2009 to November 2012. Sarah also has experience in the automotive industry, having worked as a Senior Commercial Finance & Treasury Analyst at General Motors from July 2006 to June 2010. Sarah began their career as a Corporate Finance Consultant at KPMG from July 2004 to July 2006, and prior to that, they worked as an Auditor & Accountancy Senior at RSM Robson Rhodes (now Grant Thornton) from June 2000 to July 2004. With a strong background in both finance and leadership roles, Sarah brings a wealth of expertise to their current position.

Sarah Stern earned a BSc (Hons) in Economics from UCL between 1994 and 1997. Sarah then pursued further education at ICAEW from 2001 to 2004, earning an FCA degree.
