Brianne Jahn

Most recently, Ms. Jahn served as SVP, Finance, and Strategic Operations at Kadmon (NYSE: KDMN), where she oversaw financial operations for startup biotech from private to public, including involvement in equity raises debt restructuring and cash flow management. Previously, she had a senior-level position at KPMG. Brianne is a trusted member of senior management who leverages extensive operational experience and FP&A insights to drive key business decisions with a broad role spanning finance/ accounting, business development, market analysis, alliance management, and strategic planning. She received her BBA degree from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and will receive an MBA degree from New York University.
