William Mossing

William (Bill) C. Mossing is Vice President of Global Supply Chain for Libbey. In this role since October 2019, Mr. Mossing has responsibility for developing and leading the execution of the Libbey’s global supply chain strategy.

Mr. Mossing joined Libbey in December 2017 as Vice President, Chief Supply Chain Officer and was appointed as Senior Vice President, Chief Supply Chain Officer in June 2018, leading the supply chain strategy for the Americas.

Mr. Mossing joined Libbey with 26 years of extensive cross-functional and leadership experience. Most recently, he held the position of Vice President, Supply Chain for Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC, from 2011 to 2017.

Mr. Mossing started his career with Dana Corporation as a Systems Engineer and held various positions of increasing responsibility including Global Project Manager, Director of Global Sourcing and IT, Plant Manager and Operations Director. From 2004 to 2008, Mr. Mossing was the Assistant General Manager of Bendix Spicer Foundation Brake LLC, a joint venture of Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems LLC and Dana Corporation.

In addition to his work experience, Mr. Mossing earned a B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Toledo, an MBA from Bowling Green State University and a Six Sigma, Green Belt Certification.
