Alicia Asín Pérez

Alicia Asín Pérez co-founded and served as the CEO of Libelium, a company focused on developing standards for Smart Cities, M2M, and the Internet of Things. Alicia strongly believes in the use of IoT for decision-making and building a more sustainable society. Alicia's role involved designing accurate and environmentally friendly products, creating synergies with experts in various fields, and developing reliable solutions to address global challenges. Prior to Libelium, they received a scholarship at ATCA from September 2004 to March 2005.

Alicia attended Universidad de Zaragoza from 2000 to 2006, where they pursued a Master's degree in Computing Engineering. In 2009, they participated in the Ignite Program at Cambridge Judge Business School. Alicia also attended the Program for Business Owners at Esade in 2011.

In 2017, Alicia studied Corporate Finance at IESE Business School. In 2020, they completed the AI for Business Executive Online Program at MIOTI | Tech & Business School. Finally, in 2023, they attended Esade and completed the B2B Management Program.
