Santhiya Sutharsan

Santhiya Sutharsan is an experienced professional currently serving as a People and Talent Coordinator at Liberis since November 2022. Prior to this role, Santhiya worked as a Human Resources Assistant at Rare Recruitment from March 2020 to November 2022, and as a Recruitment Consultant at Aston Carter from July 2019 to March 2020. Additional experience includes participating in the Insight Programme at Teach First in June 2018, holding the position of President of the Gaana Dance Society at the University of Warwick Students' Union from October 2017 to July 2018, and serving as a Fresher Representative for both the Gaana Dance Society and Tamil Society during the 2016-2017 academic year.
