Chris Rossiter Frsa

Chris Rossiter FRSA serves as the Director of Governance and Compliance at Liberty Academy Trust, providing strategic and governance advice to the Trust's leadership. With extensive experience as an Organisational Psychologist, Chris has worked on transformation initiatives across both public and private sectors, including a significant change program for Surrey Police Service. Chris's previous role as Deputy Director of Global Operations at Lumos involved enhancing safety, security, and compliance policies across international operations. As the founding CEO of Driver Youth Trust, Chris grew the charity to effectively support young people with literacy challenges and special educational needs. Educational qualifications include advanced leadership programs and degrees in psychology from prestigious institutions, including Bayes Business School and the University of Surrey.
