Erika Bennett Rdn

Erika Bennett, RDN, LDN, currently serves as a Clinical Dietitian at Liberty Dialysis LLC since August 2021. Prior to this role, Erika held the position of Registered Dietitian at Hearthstone Assisted Living from June 2018 to August 2021. Erika's professional background also includes experience as a Seasonal DC at Quality Bicycle Products and a Marketing Intern at Chomp: Bites by Design, where responsibilities included calculating nutrition information and organizing promotional events. Earlier roles at Target provided valuable customer service training, while experiences at Subway, C3/CustomerContactChannels, Inc., Bridgeview Estates, and Michaels Arts and Crafts further developed skills in food preparation, customer service, and communication. Erika holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Dietetics/Dietitian from the University of Nevada, Reno, and an Associate of Science in Dietetics/Dietitian from Truckee Meadows Community College, along with an Associate of Arts in Business/Commerce from the College of Southern Idaho.
