Michael Ewing, a twenty-five year veteran of the culinary art industry, began a classical apprenticeship at Westin Hotels at the tender age of 15. Working throughout the city in many of Toronto’s top restaurants and catering companies, Mr. Ewing draws upon his many years of culinary expertise and artistry for his role of Executive Corporate Chef for the Liberty Entertainment Group. Mr. Ewing oversees food preparation and presentation for over four hundred events annually and manages a kitchen staff of nearly three hundred.
