Kenneth Carabello

Kenneth Carabello's work experience begins in 1992 at Gateways Hospital & Mental Health Center, where they worked in various roles, eventually becoming the Program Director. In 2003, they joined Liberty Healthcare Corporation as the Executive Director and later became the Director of Operations for the Western U.S. In 2010, they were promoted to Vice President, overseeing operations and government relations in multiple states. In 2020, Kenneth Carabello became the Senior Vice President at Liberty Healthcare Corporation. Additionally, they served as the President of the Board of Directors for the Forensic Mental Health Association of California and the President of the Forensic Mental Health Association of CA. From 2006 to 2015, they were the Vice President and a board member of the Sex Offender Civil Commitment Programs Network. In 2019, Kenneth Carabello joined the California Department of Developmental Services as part of the California Developmental Services Task Force Safety Net Workgroup.

Kenneth Carabello holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University. Kenneth also has a Master of Social Work degree in Psychiatric Social Work from the University of Southern California.
