Joanne Callahan

Joanne Callahan has a vast work experience spanning over several companies and roles. In their current position at Liberty IT Solutions since 2018, they work as a Business Analyst. Prior to HPE, Joanne worked at Venturi Technology Partners as a Senior Technical Writer from 2002-2004. In this role, they created, developed, and reviewed technical documentation for the EDS-VA Account. Joanne also worked at MetaSolv Software, Inc. as a Technical Writer from 2000-2002, where they created context-sensitive web-based Online Help systems for the Telecom Business Solution.

Joanne's earliest work experience dates back to 1989 when they started at Alcatel USA, Inc. as a Technical Writer/System Test Engineer. In this role, they managed documentation for digital and optical cross-connect products, implemented manual development and review processes, and executed test procedures for digital cross-connects.

Throughout their career, Joanne has demonstrated their expertise in business analysis, technical writing, and project management. Their work experience shows a consistent track record of delivering high-quality documentation and implementing efficient processes.

Joanne Callahan has a Bachelor's Degree in Music from Arizona State University. Joanne also holds a Master of Music (M.M) degree from the University of North Texas.
