Sana Kazi

Sana Kazi, M.B.A, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in total rewards and compensation strategies across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Total Rewards at Liberty Mutual Canada since April 2023, Sana is responsible for implementing the company’s Total Rewards Strategy. Prior to this role, Sana held the position of Total Rewards Manager at Accenture, where responsibilities included leading market intelligence efforts and administering global compensation programs. Previous experience includes significant roles in the Government of Alberta, where Sana led a project that achieved considerable cost savings and received an award for excellence, as well as positions at Cenovus Energy, Newalta, the National Energy Board, and The Wynford Group, showcasing a strong track record in compensation policy development and implementation. Education includes an MBA from Smith School of Business at Queen's University and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary.
