Adam Johnson

Adam Johnson's work experience includes a variety of roles in different companies. Adam started their career at Bechtel Corporation as a Field Purchasing Specialist, where they were involved in budgetary estimations and evaluating commercial bids for large-scale projects. Adam then worked at Southland Industries as a Project Engineer, coordinating project activities with various stakeholders. Afterwards, they joined University Mechanical & Engineering Contractors as a Project Engineer, ensuring field installations were performed according to design documents and facilitating communication between field crews and engineering disciplines. Adam then transitioned to Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Senior Business Consultant before moving to Liberty Mutual Surety™, where they held multiple roles including Bond Manager, Director of Portfolio Risk Management, and Director II of Portfolio & Risk Management. Adam is currently working in the latter position. Johnson also pursued an MBA at The University of Arizona during their employment at Liberty Mutual Insurance.

Adam Johnson holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) degree from the University of Arizona, which they obtained between 2011 and 2012. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the W. P. Carey School of Business – Arizona State University from 2001 to 2005, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Supply Chain Management. In addition, Adam has obtained several certifications, including "Improving Your Listening Skills" from LinkedIn in 2022, "Associate in Risk Management (ARM)" from The Institutes in 2019, and "Associate in Fidelity and Surety Bonding (AFSB)" in 2015.
