Kathryn Hall

Kathryn Hall is a seasoned UX developer with extensive experience in both leadership and collaborative roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Principal UX Developer at Liberty Mutual Insurance since June 2017, Kathryn specializes in user-centered solutions for the US Retail Market, focusing on optimizing user experience through interaction design, accessibility strategies, and enhancements to legacy systems. Previously, Kathryn held the position of Product Design Lead, UX at Liberty Mutual, contributing to the development of the Digital Design System and consumer interfaces. Prior experience includes roles at NBCUniversal and Third Boxcar, LLC, where Kathryn developed rich media experiences and full-stack web solutions, respectively. Kathryn holds dual bachelor's degrees in Professional & Technical Writing and English Literature from the University of Hartford.
