Theresa Bumbalough

Theresa Bumbalough is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in project management and software development. Currently serving as Manager of Application Portfolio and Software Development at Liberty Mutual Insurance since April 2014, Theresa previously held key positions such as Sr. Project Manager at Anchor Point Technology Resources and Executive Director of Information Technology at VMS BioMarketing. At Sallie Mae, Theresa progressed through various roles over a 20-year tenure, including Director of Business Re-Engineering, where responsibilities included leading process improvement projects, and Project Manager roles within different teams, managing multiple projects aligned with strategic organizational objectives. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Technology from Purdue University and completed a PMP Bootcamp from 2011 to 2012.
