Zashira began their career as an Office Manager at JR Embroidery Designs, where they managed the company's calendar and handled various administrative tasks. Zashira then worked as a Customer Service Representative at Centennial Wireless, providing support to customers and maintaining knowledge of company products and services. Zashira then joined AT&T as a Business Sales and Service Specialist, where they ensured efficient delivery to business accounts and provided exceptional customer care. In their most recent role at Liberty of Puerto Rico, Zashira served as a Back Office Specialist, Sales Support, and Subject Matter Expert, interacting with customers through email and assisting the business sales team with service orders and account concerns.
