Gene Vazquez

Gene Vazquez is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in both residential and commercial property transactions. Since April 2009, Gene has served as a Licensed New Jersey Real Estate Sales Executive at Liberty Realty in Hoboken, specializing in new construction and development. As the Owner of Devin Development Group since February 2001, Gene has been involved in the construction and development of new condominium and apartment projects. Previously, Gene operated a full-service real estate firm as Broker/Owner of Crown Properties Investment Group from January 1990 to May 2000, managing a team of 20 full-time sales agents. Gene began a successful career in real estate as a Sales Associate at Century 21 from January 1985 to November 1989, where Gene ranked as the #1 agent in Hudson County for three consecutive years. Gene holds dual degrees in Business Administration and Economics from Rutgers University, where studies were completed from 1978 to 1982.
