Donald Ranft

Donald Ranft, PE, is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale projects in various industries. Currently serving as Project Manager at Liberty since August 2023, Donald co-founded Real Estate Portfolio Management in January 2010, focusing on long-term growth properties with strong leasing returns. Previous roles include Area Manager and Project Manager at Layne from September 2016 to August 2023, overseeing project operations in New York City and Long Island, and Project Manager at Xylem Inc., managing multiple high-value projects across different brands. Donald's earlier experience includes roles such as Construction Manager for CURE International in Ethiopia and contributions to the Solar Decathlon project at Carnegie Mellon University. Donald holds a Master's in Engineering Management and a B.S. in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Environmental Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder and the University of Pittsburgh, respectively.
