Javier Plana

Javier Plana has worked in the technology industry since 2007. Javier began their career at ODIGEO, where they held the roles of Group Dynamic Packages Manager, Air Sales & Product Team Leader, and Call Center Supervisor. In 2017, they joined BeMate.com as Director of Trading and Analytics. In 2021, they began working at Libon as Operations Director - Spain, where they help hundreds of thousands of people to keep in touch with their loved ones.

Javier Plana has a diverse educational background. In 1998, they completed a Diplomado in Turismo from the Universidad de Oriente (VE). In 2001, they completed a Gestión y Dirección de Agencias de Viajes from Forytur in the field of Turismo, ocio y naturaleza. In 2008-2009, they completed a Programa Desarrollo Gerencial from Esade in the field of Gestión de Equipos y del Cambio. In 2015, they completed a Management Skills from eDreams ODIGE in the field of Management. In 2018, they completed a Leadership Management from Moebius Consulting. In 2020, they completed a Leadership in an Exponentially Changing World from MIT Sloan School of Management in the field of Organizational Leadership, as well as an Innovación Estratégica from Esade in the field of Innovación. Javier is currently enrolled in Economics for Business at MIT Sloan School of Management.
