SOUKAINA BANAR has work experience spanning over several companies and roles. In 2011, they worked as a Junior Marketing Project Manager at Best Real Estate Gestion. In 2012, they served as a Merchandising Project Manager at LEADER PRICE, focusing on market analysis and planning. In 2013, they worked briefly as a Sector Manager at DISTRIPLUS before joining British American Tobacco's Graduate Program as a Sales Program Manager. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at Cdiscount, first as a Commercial Performance Manager and then as an Acquisition Project Manager. Currently, they hold the position of Growth Manager at Libon, where they are responsible for defining and implementing acquisition strategies across various paid and free channels.

SOUKAINA BANAR obtained their Master's degree in Marketing: Brand Development & Category & Multichannel Management from NEOMA Business School, where they studied from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Vente, distribution et opérations de marketing, général from ISCAE CASABLANCA, where they studied from 2007 to 2011.
