Peter Henry

Peter Henry currently serves as the VP of Compliance & Risk Management and Counsel at Libra Solutions since April 2024. Previously, Peter held multiple roles at Oasis Financial, including Senior Director of Risk & Compliance and Counsel, and several director-level positions focused on risk management and underwriting from October 2018 to April 2024. Peter's legal experience includes working as an Associate Attorney at SmithAmundsen LLC and Baker & Enright, where responsibilities encompassed court appearances, legal research, and litigation support in both medical malpractice and personal injury cases. Peter also engaged in family law through roles at the Law Offices of Chicago-Kent Family Law Clinic, contributing as a 711 Senior Law Student and Independent Contractor. Peter possesses a Juris Doctor from the Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in English with a French minor from The University of Kansas.
