Heidi D. has a diverse work experience in library services and management. Heidi started as a Library Clerk and Assistant in various libraries before moving on to roles such as Librarian and Senior Community Library Manager. Heidi has also worked as Deputy Director of Library Services and Director Of Library Services at different institutions. Heidi'smost recent role was as a Consultant before becoming the Vice President Operations - West at Library Systems & Services, LLC.

Heidi D. completed their Bachelor of Arts in History of Art at Bryn Mawr College. Heidi then went on to pursue a Master's in Library and Information Studies at The University of British Columbia.
