Lorne Schwartz

Lorne Schwartz has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lorne is currently serving as the President of Libro since March 2022. Prior to that, they co-founded and served as a creator of Birdhouse Wingerie & Bar in 2021. Lorne has also held various roles at Paystone, including Strategic Advisor from May 2021, President from June 2020 to May 2021, and Chief Strategy Officer from October 2019 to June 2020. From 2014 to 2022, Lorne was the President of the Board of Directors at West Island College Montreal. Lorne served as the President & CEO of DataCandy, a Paystone Company, from August 2013 to September 2019. Before that, Lorne was the CEO of TradeInsight from July 2008 to October 2012. Lorne also held the position of EVP Sales & Marketing at ImageTag in 2006, and was the CEO & Chairman of the Board at IndustryHub in 2004-2005. Lorne's earlier experience includes being the President, Acceleron at OnX Enterprise Solutions from 2001 to 2003, and serving as the President of Acceleron from 2000 to 2002.

Lorne Schwartz completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from McGill University, where they studied from 1986 to 1989. Lorne then pursued further education at the Schulich School of Business - York University, where they obtained an International MBA with a specialization in Finance, completing their studies from 1989 to 1991. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Lorne attended Vanier College, but there is no available information on the degree or field of study they pursued there.
