Tariq Mohammed

Tariq Mohammed is an accomplished telecommunications professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as an Assistant Lecturer at Libyan International Medical University since September 2023, Tariq has also held the position of Head of Frequency Spectrum Planning Unit at the Ministry of Communications and Informatics since December 2021, where responsibilities include updating the national spectrum plan and preparing a roadmap for 5G technology. Previous experience includes a Teaching Assistant role at the University of Benghazi from January to June 2022, and a Telecommunications Engineer position at Huawei from June 2019 to April 2020, focusing on the 4G-LTE Libyana project. Tariq holds a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the University of Benghazi, completed in January 2023, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, awarded in February 2019.
