Kim Mathis, CPXP, has an extensive background in healthcare and hospitality spanning over two decades. Since August 2012, Kim has held various positions at Licking Memorial Health Systems, advancing from Administrative Secretary to Quality Specialist, Patient Experience Specialist, and currently serving as Patient Experience Manager. Prior to this, Kim worked as a Physician Center Clerk at Licking Memorial Health Professionals from September 2011 to August 2012. Additionally, Kim gained valuable experience as the Lodging Director at Granville Inn from April 2003 to September 2011.
