Natalie R. Brown

Natalie Brown currently serves as Assistant Vice President and General Counsel at Licking Memorial Health Systems since July 2018, following a role as Director of Legal Services. Prior to this, Natalie Brown worked at the Ohio Department of Medicaid from November 2013 to July 2018 as Deputy Legal Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel. Experience also includes serving as an Assistant Attorney General at the Ohio Attorney General's Office from September 2010 to November 2013, where representation involved civil litigation for multiple Ohio state departments. Earlier roles include law clerk positions at the Ohio Legal Rights Service, Morrow County Municipal Court, and the Ohio Justice and Policy Center, focusing on legal research, policy reform, and criminal law updates. Natalie Brown holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Dayton.
