Alexandra Boza

Alexandra Boza is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and employer branding, currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Lidl Greece and Lidl Cyprus since May 2008. Alexandra has built the recruiting department from its inception, specializing in employer branding, candidate experience, and assessment center initiatives. With a proven track record in creating successful employer branding campaigns and HR policies, Alexandra also focuses on talent search and recruitment, conducting competency-based interviews and managing projects at both local and international levels. Prior to Lidl, Alexandra held roles in recruitment management and psychological support, including work with vulnerable populations and clinical settings. Alexandra holds a Bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a Master's degree in Art Therapy.
