George Karkaletsis

George Karkaletsis is a seasoned sales operations manager at Lidl Hellas since March 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing product freshness, managing staffing and training, and maintaining productivity to achieve company KPIs. Previously, George served as a trainee sales operations manager within Lidl, gaining comprehensive experience across various roles. Prior to this, George was a retail sales representative at Mondelēz International, where significant achievements included being recognized as the best salesman in qualitative KPIs for Greece in Q2 2017. Earlier roles include a sales merchandiser at PepsiCo and a board member at the Thessaloniki European Youth Capital 2014. George holds a Master’s Degree in Banking & Finance from the International Hellenic University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of Macedonia.
