Giorgos Goniotakis

Giorgos Goniotakis possesses extensive experience in human resources and business administration, primarily with Lidl Hellas since July 1998. As Head of Personnel Administration and Senior HR Executive, Giorgos coordinates payroll operations and compensation policies for Greece and Cyprus while leading strategic HR projects. Previous roles include Head of Training and Development, where responsibility encompassed training, recruitment methods, and managerial competency advancement, and Business Unit Administration Manager, contributing to sales support and general administration in Greece's inaugural Lidl business unit. Giorgos also served as Area Business Manager, overseeing the performance of multiple Lidl stores in Macedonia. Earlier experience includes the role of Course Manager at North College in Thessaloniki from September 1993 to May 1998. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Glasgow and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Business & Computers from North College Thessaloniki.
