Irene Sofianou

Irene Sofianou is a supply chain specialist at Lidl Hellas since April 2020, where responsibilities include demand planning, inventory analysis, and forecast model development, along with leading a project for store order automation and Relex implementation. Previously, Irene served as a 3PL customer service supervisor at ARGOS S.A. from October 2018 to April 2020, overseeing customer service personnel and managing KPIs related to delivery times. At Delta Plus, from October 2015 to October 2018, Irene worked as a logistics assistant, ensuring efficient logistics procedures and stock movement. Irene began professional experience as an intern at the National Bank of Greece in 2014. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Management Science and Technology from Athens University of Economics and Business and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Piraeus.
