Eszter Szikszai

Eszter Szikszai has extensive experience in employee satisfaction and psychology, currently serving as a Vertrauensperson/Employee Satisfaction Consultant/Psychologist at Lidl Magyarország Kereskedelmi Bt. since June 2019. Previously, Eszter held HR internship positions at Tungsram Group from September 2018 to March 2019 and GE from June 2017 to September 2017. Education includes a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology from Budapest University of Technology and Economics (2017-2019), a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Eötvös Loránd University (2014-2017), and a Trainer qualification from iCons-Hungary Humánfejlesztő és Tanácadó Kft. (2019-2020).
