Maria Faleij

Maria Faleij has extensive experience in human resources and organizational transformation, currently serving as the Team Manager for HR Organization & Transformation at Lidl Sverige since November 2007. In this role, Maria has also held positions as a Senior Consultant and Key User for SAP HCM, as well as a system administrator. Additional responsibilities have included serving as Head of the Election Committee for the union branch at Lidl Sweden HQ, Payroll Specialist for SAP HR, and Designated Workplace Safety Agent. Maria's career began at Haninge fysiocenter, where Maria worked as a Medical Office Receptionist in 2007.
