Isaac Ostlund has worked in a variety of roles in the scientific and technology fields. Isaac began their career in 2010 as a Computer Technician Supervisor at Brigham Young University. In 2015, they moved to Identigene, L.L.C. as a Laboratory Technician II. In 2016, they returned to Brigham Young University as a Graduate Teaching Assistant and Graduate Research Assistant. As of 2022, they are a Staff Scientist at the Lieber Institute for Brain Development.
Isaac Ostlund attended Brigham Young University from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Developmental Biology. Isaac then returned to BYU to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy in Cell Biology and Physiology, which they completed in 2021. Prior to that, they attended the College of Southern Maryland for general studies.
