Jerry McLaughlin

Jerry McLaughlin is the CEO of Life Biosciences. Jerry has over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.

McLaughlin began their career at Merck & Co. Inc in 1990 as an Associate Director of Marketing. Jerry then held positions at Endo Pharmaceuticals, NuPathe Inc., and AgeneBio before becoming the President and CEO of Neos Therapeutics, Inc. in 2018.

Under McLaughlin’s leadership, Neos Therapeutics successfully completed a merger with a publicly traded company. Jerry then took on the role of CEO at Life Biosciences in 2021.

At Life Biosciences, McLaughlin is focused on developing products that extend healthspan and improve quality of life for patients.

Jerry McLaughlin graduated from The Episcopal Academy before going on to Dickinson College for their BA in Economics. After Dickinson, they attended the Villanova School of Business for their MBA in Business.
