Avanthi Parboosing

Avanthi Parboosing is an experienced corporate leader with a robust background in governance and human resources. As the Chief People Officer at Life Healthcare since March 2021, Avanthi previously served as the Group Company Secretary for Life Healthcare Group Holdings Ltd from March 2019 to March 2021. Avanthi also founded The Good Practice Consultancy and held the Group Company Secretary position at Kumba Iron Ore Limited from July 2014 to June 2017, in addition to significant roles at Impala Platinum Holdings Limited and MTN Group Limited. Notable contributions include serving as a trustee on various boards and leading multiple committees focused on ethics and transformation.
