Carolynne MacNaughtan

Leadership & Community Growth Roles at Life Saving Victoria

Carolynne MacNaughtan is an experienced Urban Design Advisor for Major Transport Projects at Whitehorse City Council, a position held since May 2002. Over the years, Carolynne has taken on various management and senior design roles, focusing on Open Space Planning, Landscape Architecture, and Urban Design. Carolynne was a member of "The Neighbourhood Project" Leadership Panel in July 2016 and served on the AILA Accreditation Panel. Additionally, since December 2019, Carolynne has held leadership and community growth roles at Life Saving Victoria. Carolynne also has experience as a sessional tutor in Urban Design and Landscape Architecture at the University of Melbourne from January 2008 to December 2009 and worked as a Senior Landscape Architect at various private firms in Melbourne between August 1996 and May 2002. Carolynne holds a Bachelor's degree in Design from RMIT University (1995-1999) and has pursued part of a Master's degree in Business Administration (Executive) from a Melbourne-based university (2004-2005).
