Polly Burlingame

Polly Burlingame is an experienced healthcare professional and entrepreneur with a diverse background in nursing. Currently, Polly serves as the Business Owner at D & P MAP Trainings since September 2021. In addition, Polly has been working with Life-Skills, Inc. since November 2010 in various roles including Registered Nurse Residential, Registered Nurse MAP Trainer, and Registered Nurse Healthcare Supervisor Day Program. As a Registered Nurse at Justice Resource Institute since February 2013, Polly has contributed to the healthcare field along with providing home health care services at Petra Home Health Care from September 2016 to November 2017. Polly holds an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Registered Nursing from Quinsigamond Community College and has also completed training as a Reiki Practitioner at Generations Healing Center in 2019.
