Aaron Koehler

Aaron Koehler has extensive experience in property and real estate development, currently serving as Sr. Vice President of Property Development at Life Time Inc. since March 2011, with a progressive career that includes roles such as Vice President and Sr. Director in the same company. Prior to Life Time, Aaron worked at NorthMarq as a Project Manager, representing owners in nationwide development and construction projects. Earlier experience includes serving as Engineering Manager at Life Time - The Healthy Way of Life Company, overseeing facility development and property management, and working as a Project Engineer at Alliant Engineering, Inc., where consultation for real estate developers and property owners was primary. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota, and a Mini MBA in Real Estate Development from the University of St. Thomas.
