Meaghan Erickson is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Partner at Life Time Inc. since June 2012, where responsibilities include consulting and coaching senior leadership and delivering talent solutions aligned with organizational objectives. Previously, Meaghan held roles such as Talent Acquisition Lead and Senior National Recruiter, contributing to the recruitment and placement of key positions within the company. Meaghan began the career in community relations with the Minnesota Wild and public relations with the San Jose Sharks. Meaghan holds a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from San Jose State University.
