Dean Dell Antonia

Dean Dell Antonia is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in HR operations, technology, and total rewards. Currently serving as Vice President of North America HR Operations at Ferrero since 2018, Dean manages HR operational transformations amid rapid organizational growth through acquisitions. Previously, Dean held several leadership roles at Ralph Lauren Corporation, including VP Global People Technology and VP Total Rewards, where strategic HR technology initiatives were implemented for a large multinational workforce. Other significant positions include Vice President of Rewards and Recognition at Winn Dixie and Managing Director of Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS at Rite Aid Corporation. Dean's educational background includes an MBA in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations from Pace University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn.
