Michelle Rova

Michelle Rova began their work experience as an IT Support Tech at Minnewaska Area Schools in 2001. Michelle then transitioned to the role of Systems Administrator at DevNet Inc. in 2003. In 2006, they joined Life Time - Healthy Way of Life as a Senior Information Technology Manager. Michelle led a team of approximately 50 people and played a key role in various technology initiatives, such as incident management process development, support onboarding process creation, and implementation of chat support. In September 2017, Michelle was promoted to the position of Director - IT Operations at Life Time - Healthy Way of Life, where they continued to excel in their role.

Michelle Rova attended Alexandria Technical College (MNSCU) from 2001 to 2003 and obtained an AAS degree in CTSS and Wireless Communications. From 1991 to 1995, they attended Concordia College, but no degree or field of study information was provided. In 2013, Michelle obtained an ITIL Foundation certification from Loyalist Certification Services.
