Michael Reffner

Michael Reffner currently serves as the Operations Director at Lifebulb, providing support to clinical, scheduling, billing, credentialing, and marketing teams. As an Independent Contractor, Michael works as a Franchise Business Consultant, aiding franchise owners in business growth and hiring practices. Previously, Michael occupied multiple leadership roles at Thriveworks, including Chief Franchise Officer and Vice President of Licensing & Credentialing, focusing on professional licensing and insurance credentialing services. Michael also owned several Thriveworks Counseling locations, emphasizing access to mental health support. With a strong educational background, including a Doctorate in Educational Leadership, Michael has also contributed as an Adjunct Faculty member at Liberty University.
