Hsuan Lee, Ph.D., currently serves as the Head of Innovation at LifeCanvas Technologies Inc., where leadership is provided in the development of MegaSPIM, a high-resolution, high-throughput light sheet microscope for large cleared tissue slabs and arrays. Previously, Hsuan Lee was a PhD candidate at Harvard University, focusing on stochastic optical reconstruction microscopy (STORM) and expansion microscopy (ExM), contributing significant advancements in DNA origami design and structural preservation techniques. Early research experience includes work at National Taiwan University, specializing in chiral imaging of starch and collagen, and additional research experience at Osaka University and Academia Sinica, where expertise was gained in advanced microscopy techniques and ultrafast measurement systems. Hsuan Lee holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry and Chemical Biology from Harvard University, along with a Master's and Bachelor's in Physics from National Taiwan University.
