Becky McKay has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Becky currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at LifeGift, overseeing all HR functions for three locations in Texas. Prior to this, they were the VP of Human Resources/Chief People Officer at Sweeny Community Hospital for four years. Before that, they worked as a Professional Employer Consultant at Oasis Outsourcing and as a Business Consultant at Resourcing Edge. Becky also worked as a Business Consultant and Marketing Manager at ProSourceSolutionsInc. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, performance management, leadership coaching, and HR process improvement.

Becky McKay completed their Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts from Our Lady of the Lake University - San Antonio. Becky attended the university from 1997 to 2000.
