Dmitriy Guzner

Dmitriy Guzner has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dmitriy began their career in 2007 as a Media Equipment Room Operator and Telephone Survey Interviewer at Quinnipiac University. In 2009, they joined Dan Morris Apparel, Inc. as a Production Manager and Designer.

From 2011 to the present, Dmitriy worked as a freelancer, specializing in Video, Graphic, and Web Design. Dmitriy built and maintained websites, blogs, and e-commerce platforms for SMBs, and created promotional and instructional graphics for various mediums. Dmitriy also had experience in software UX/UI design, photography, and retouching.

In 2011, Dmitriy also started working at Montclair State University as a Technology Specialist and Event Videographer. Dmitriy provided IT support to faculty and staff, installed and maintained AV and connectivity systems, and filmed and edited videos of special events.

Dmitriy joined LifeHikes® in 2013, holding multiple senior roles throughout their tenure. As a Senior Project Manager, they led various projects and teams. As a Senior Technology Product Manager, they contributed to the development and management of technology products. Dmitriy also served as a Senior Production Services Manager, leading a team of event producers responsible for the operational success of training events for top companies. Dmitriy standardized and automated operational tasks, created e-Learning courses, and managed content distribution.

Dmitriy Guzner holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree with a focus in Animation/Illustration from Montclair State University. Dmitriy also pursued studies in Interactive Digital Design at Quinnipiac University. In terms of additional certifications, Dmitriy obtained the Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) certification from Scrum.org in February 2023. Dmitriy also completed the Scrum Master Certification Specialization from Coursera during the same month and year. Furthermore, in March 2021, they acquired the LifeHikes 6 Communicator certification from LifeHikes®.
