Mary Hayes has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles. Starting from 1996, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Women in Cable Telecommunications until 1999. Later, they joined Ostrow Reisin Berk & Abrams as the Director of Marketing, where they focused on increasing staff marketing participation, coaching individuals and groups on effective communication skills, and developing an integrated branding campaign. Mary then served as the Marketing Director at The Condon Group, Ltd., managing marketing collateral and developing client presentations.
In 2005, Mary worked as the Corporate Communications Manager at Florim International, and in 2008, they joined Mubadala Investment Company as the Vice President of Human Capital. In this role, they managed the corporate training and development program, created and managed the company ambassador program, and developed and facilitated training on various topics. Additionally, they oversaw the mentoring program for high performers.
In 2019, Mary transitioned to the role of Learning & Development Partner and Coach, with a focus on enhancing employee learning and development. Most recently, they joined LifeHikes as a Coach in 2022. Here, they work with executives and professionals across industries to empower them with the skills they need to succeed using an innovative methodology.
Throughout their career, Mary has demonstrated expertise in marketing, communications, training, coaching, and leadership development. Mary has a track record of successful project management, relationship building, and delivering high-quality training programs.
Mary Hayes attended Illinois Wesleyan University from 1989 to 1993. Mary obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration & French. In 1992, they studied French Language and Literature at IES Abroad for a brief period.
