Roberto Pradilla Belmonte

Roberto Pradilla Belmonte has an extensive work experience spanning several roles and companies.

In 1981, they started their career as the Jefe de Seleccion de Personal at Servimos Ltda. for a period of two and a half years.

In 1988, they joined LABORATOIRE FRESLON as the CFO and held this position for over 18 years. In this role, they were responsible for directing overall operations and P&L management for three business units, implementing initiatives that improved productivity, product quality, and customer satisfaction. Roberto also handled strategic planning, human resources, business development, marketing, sales, product management, and finance.

In 2012, Roberto joined Owntheroom as the Lead Coach and later became the Head Coach. At Own The Room, they worked with executives and professionals in various industries, helping them enhance their communication skills and connect better with their audience. Roberto also served as the Chief Operating Officer during this time.

Since 2021, Roberto has been working as a Senior Coach at LifeHikes®. Here, they collaborate with executives and professionals across different industries, empowering them with the necessary skills for success.

Throughout their career, Roberto has demonstrated expertise in coaching, communication, leadership, operations management, and strategic planning.

Roberto Pradilla Belmonte completed their high school education from Colegio Nueva York between 1974 and 1979, earning a High School Diploma. Following this, they pursued their higher education at Paris Sorbonne from 1985 to 1987, where they obtained a Licence degree in Literature.
