Malcolm Daniels has a diverse work experience that spans various industries. Malcolm is currently employed at Lifehouse Agency as a Human Resources Coordinator, where they are responsible for overseeing the new hire clearance process and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new staff. Prior to this, Malcolm worked at MARE ISLAND HOME HEALTH INC. as a Human Resources Coordinator, where they maintained employee rosters and managed personnel files. Malcolm also contacted employee references and ensured completeness in prospective personnel files. In 2019, Malcolm worked at Kaiser Permanente as an Administrative Clerk, where they performed various office support duties such as batching and scanning paperwork, collecting and sorting mail, and compiling employee benefit information packets. Malcolm also gained experience as a Black Board and Video Editing Assistant at California Lutheran University in 2018, and as a Student Office Intern at the Office of Congresswoman Julia Brownley during the same year. Malcolm Daniels pursued their education in a systematic manner, starting with their Associate's degree in Social Sciences from Laney College, which they completed between 2014 and 2016. Malcolm then went on to California Lutheran University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from 2016 to 2018. Continuing their academic journey, Malcolm pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at Fort Hays State University from 2020 to 2021.
