Jana Tanner is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations, business improvement, and human resources. Currently serving as Senior Manager Operations and Business Improvement at Lifeline Australia since December 2014, Jana has also held roles as Project Manager, Program Team Lead, and Workforce Planner within the same organization. Prior to this, Jana worked as a Human Resources Officer at Chandler Macleod Group and as a Credit Analyst and HR Officer at EGR. Jana's career began at Randstad, where the role of Senior Recruitment Assistant/Admin Supervisor was undertaken. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree from The Australian National University and a Bachelor of Business, Economics and Human Resource Management from QUT. Jana also completed Prince 2 certification in 2016.
